Spay/Neuter Clinic

Adjacent to the Columbia Animal Shelter is the Columbia SPCA, a non-profit humane organization that operates a low-cost spay/neuter clinic. Almost 5,000 animals are spayed/neutered annually at the facility, an important measure in addressing our area's pet overpopulation.
